Planet Defense Prototype v.1/v.2

Hello Everyone,

So decided to bundle two updates for planet defense.   These updates have fixed a few bugs and adjusted how burst weapon fires.  Improved the interface to be more clear.   Adjusted attack speed to be percentage-based (this might change again in the future).  Added weapon modules and durability to weapons.  As weapons fire durability will decrease.  When this reaches  0 the weapon will stop firing.  While shopping it is possible to repair a weapon to reset its durability to 100 again.  However, repairs will increase the cost to repair.  Weapon modules allow you to alter weapons to give them something a little special when they hit an asteroid.  There is still a lot of balancing that needs to be completed.  I am expected the next update to include a world map.   Now when you buy weapons place them on the world map.  Place them in strategic locations surrounded by buildings that can help buff your weapons or go the route of pulling more money from the planet it will be your choice how to balance the placement.
